Does syncclock work for iOS and Android phones ?
Yes, it is compatible to iOS and most android phones. A few android phones have the noise cancellation that will prevent the clock data transmission. Please disable this function in your phone setting.
How does it 'sync' to the clock ?
Download our APP "SyncClock". Open the APP and put the clock on the phone's screen and then press the sync button on the clock. The synchronization will be started automatically.
Does it need bluetooth / wifi for sync ?
No bluetooth or wifi to be set. SyncClock uses our own patented techonology for sync. There is a sensor on the clock bottom and it can receive the data transmitted by the APP.
When I turn on my android phone Night mode (eye protection), it causes the synchronisation failed, why ?
The night mode could cause synchronisation error. Pls temporary turn it off for sync to run.
Will the APP change my phone's internal alarm ?
No, it won't. The APP alarm is independent of the phone's alarm. The APP alarm will set the clock only.
Why there is only one button ? how can I set the clock and stop the alarm ?
SyncClock is unlike transditional alarm clocks that always have a lot of keys and need complicated adjustment. User can set alarms and reminders on the APP and send to the clock easily. When the alarm happens, user can stop the alarm by the button on the clock.
How to stop alarm repeating when snooze is on ?
When alarm happens, press the clock's button will stop the alarm sound. If snooze is on, repeative alarm sound will be triggered at every 5 mins and last for 30mins. If you want to stop the snooze now, you can hold the button for 2 seconds until a short beep sound is heard and this will stop the repeat.
I pressed the SYNC button but no synchronisation start ?
If you are using android, please check 1. night mode must be off. 2. screen off time must be 2 mins or longer. 3. some phones have noise cancellation and it must be turn off.
